At CPENAX NUTRITION, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only offered in cases where:
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product contains a printing or labeling defect.
• An incorrect item was received due to an error on our part.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Your request must include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Products that have been opened, used, or ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
