Terms of Service
1. Coaching Services
CPENAX FIT provides educational fitness coaching, fitness guidance, and related services. CPENAX FIT services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical concerns or before beginning a new fitness or nutrition program when appropriate.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own health, safety, decisions, and participation. You agree to exercise within your personal abilities and limitations and to stop any activity that causes unusual pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
3. Coaching Payments & Access
Unless otherwise stated, coaching services are billed according to the price and billing terms displayed at checkout. Payment plans, installment arrangements, or pay-later options are not available unless explicitly offered at the time of purchase.
Access to paid services may be suspended or terminated if a required payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise remains unpaid.
4. Product Subscriptions
Certain CPENAX products may be offered as recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize CPENAX to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring price and frequency displayed at checkout until you cancel the subscription.
Subscription orders will automatically renew according to the selected delivery schedule unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management options provided with your account or by contacting CPENAX customer support. Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed or shipped.
If a subscription payment is declined or cannot be processed, CPENAX may retry the payment and may pause or cancel the subscription until valid payment information is provided.
Subscription pricing, product availability, shipping charges, discounts, and promotional benefits may change. When required, customers will be notified of material changes before the changes apply to a future recurring charge.
Subscriptions are subject to product availability. CPENAX may modify, pause, substitute where expressly authorized, or discontinue a subscription offering when necessary. Customers will not be charged for products that cannot be fulfilled.
5. Shipping & Product Orders
Physical product orders are subject to the shipping rates, estimated delivery times, fulfillment terms, and product availability disclosed at checkout or in the applicable Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. CPENAX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6. No Guarantees
Individual fitness, coaching, nutrition, and product results vary. CPENAX FIT does not guarantee specific physical, performance, health, weight-loss, financial, or other outcomes.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital and personalized nature of coaching services, coaching purchases are final unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
Physical products and subscription orders are subject to the applicable Refund, Return, and Shipping Policies.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for subscription orders that have already been charged, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
8. Liability Waiver
Participation in CPENAX FIT fitness and coaching activities is voluntary and subject to the CPENAX FIT Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and fitness activities.
9. Account and Service Access
CPENAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services for fraudulent activity, payment disputes, abuse of the platform, misuse of services, or material violations of these Terms.
10. Modifications
CPENAX reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated terms will become effective when posted or on the effective date otherwise stated. Continued use of CPENAX services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using CPENAX FIT services or eligible CPENAX products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
